About us

The Leadership Council was co-founded by Jon Michail, Group CEO of Image Group International and Mark Watt, CEO of Big Brother Big Sister.

It is represented by an invite-only council of purpose-driven leaders who sincerely care about the future and well-being of our youth and our community.

Our mission is to lead impactful youth initiative projects that celebrate independence, healthy well-being, art and the spirit of entrepreneurship.

"The AmCham and Big Brothers Big Sisters Leadership Council's intent is to be a catalyst to shape and influence new mental health resilience initiatives for young people in our community."
